I have succumbed to the "Polaroid camera" craze... For Christmas, I got an instax mini 8! These cute little cameras are pretty much targeted at teenage girls.. And I couldn't resist. It's just so cute! Also, I absolutely love taking the pictures! When you press the button, you can feel the camera developing it inside. And then you have the picture right there!
I haven't been able to take it anywhere super interesting yet, but I am going to Chicago in March, and then Europe in June, so I'm expecting to take some awesome pictures of the Cloud Gate and the Eiffel Tower. The only downside to these cameras is that the film is pretty expensive. Each picture comes out to be a dollar. . . But, before digital cameras, people had to get their film developed, and pay for it. So it's not the most absurd thing ever. Actually, I think it's well worth it!

Oh my...I remember WAY back to the early 2000s when I was the LAST human on earth to relinquish her film camera. Not only did you have to PAY for film AND developing...you had to WAIT three or four days! I used to take 10 rolls of film with me to NYC! Can you imagine having to wait for them all to come back?? Wasn't that long ago. Seems like forever. I like taking 30 pictures at the Natural History Museum and then choosing the one we look prettiest in! That would have cost $20 just to SEE them...and a week to get them back. Silly time. LOVE your photos. Love your brothers!! LOVE you!
